At the end of the day, I’ll record a tutorial so you can continue working and updating the website yourself!
Template of your choice

My VIP Website Day Process
1.
Book Your VIP Day
You can book your VIP Day today in the calendar below, make sure to pick a day that you know you can commit to providing all content by as well as be available for any communication with me and for revisions during that day. If you want to talk to me before booking book a quick 15 minutes chat here.

Pre-Work
Between your booking and your VIP Day, you’ll have to gather all materials and copy for your website! But don’t worry if this seems like too big of a task, I’ll give you some material and templates to work with. If you can’t have all material before the VIP Session we can always use placement text until you are ready to upload it yourself (don’t worry, I’ll teach you how!)
III.
Strategy Call
A few days before our VIP Day we will meet over zoom to talk about your website strategy, define your goals, sitemap, what we need to get done, talk about your branding, etc. You can bring your website brief, ideas and questions to discuss.
IV.
Your VIP Day Session
It’s time to get things done! You’ll get an email with the schedule and general plan first thing in the morning*. We’ll communicate via direct messaging or email as the day goes, while I handle the setup and design of our website. It would be ideal for you to be available for any questions I might have during the day.

What platform you use?
I only work with WordPress and I use the Divi Builder for ALL my websites. If you are not familiar with either of them I promise you it won’t be difficult to learn. Divi is very user-friendly, plus I will record a personalised video showing you how to update your website. You can see a sample of a video tutorial here.
Can this service work with any type of websites?
Our VIP Website Day works for simple sites, with no special or complex features (eg eCommerce, membership, etc). Integrations such as links to your booking system, Social Media channels, or newsletter sign-ups, can still be part of the VIP Day work, as long as we all integration details beforehand. We can discuss all this on our Strategy Call.
What do I need to do before the VIP Day?
You will need to fill out a questionnaire where I get relevant information about your website and business. You also need to gather all your brand photos and brand assets (ie. logo, patterns, etc.) and create the copy. I will provide guides and templates for you to complete.
We will share everything in a Google Drive folder.
Where do I host my website?
If you already have a hosting you are happy with then we will simply transfer your website and set it live with your current host*.
We also offer premium managed hosting with our Website Care Plan. This plan offers fast, secure and hassle-free hosting, plus weekly maintenance and ongoing support.
* Depending on your needs and provider we might host the site on our servers while we build it and transfer it when it’s done. We can discuss this plan on our Strategy Call.
What happen if I can't get all my content done before the VIP Day?
This can happen and it’s totally fine. We can always set up and customise the website during the day and we’ll use dummy text in the meantime. At the end of the day I will record a video where I teach you how to update the content yourself (you’ll see how easy it is!), or you can contact us again if you need us to upload the content for you – extra fees will apply.
I live in a different timezone, can we still work together?
Absolutely! We can always split the 8 hours of work into 2 days so we can connect by the time of revisions. I’ve worked with people from different time zones and there are always ways to manage it. Plus, how awesome it would be that I get things done overnight for you! 🙂
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can pay the full amount when booking, or pay 50% deposit. The final payment is due 3 days before our VIP Day.
Can I make changes after the VIP Day?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a personalised video where I show you how your site has been built and how you can make changes yourself.
