Do I really need a Care Plan for my website?
If your site is WordPress, the answer is yes. Like your car, a website needs regular maintenance and care to ensure it runs smoothly and does its job well. Think of your WCP as your website insurance!
This work not only ensures the site is working well, but it also help with your overall performance, your customer experience and even your SEO rankings!
In your plan, do you make content updates for me?
Our sites are created with an easy-to-use theme builder, which means that you have total access to your content and are able to make changes. But if you want us to make updates for you they are included on each tier with different amounts of time, depending on your needs, from 30 minutes to 3 hours of content updates and website work.
We can also offer quotes for one-off website work when you need it.
What happens if my site goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?
The whole purpose of our website care plans is to prevent these things from happening. However, if your website gets hacked or goes down, we will be onto it right away to restore or fix it as soon as possible. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our daily backups.
In the many years we’ve been offering Care Plans, we haven’t had a single site hacked! This due to a safe and premium WordPress hosting, regular maintenance, and a lot of love!
What is your email support like?
You can send us emails anytime with your questions, requests for instructions or advice on how to use your website. We’ll be happy to reply to these emails with written instructions, videos or links.
We work on standard business hours, but our team is based around the world. Our usual reply time is less than 24 hours.

What if I need more hours of support?
If you have a specific one-off project for your website we will submit a quote for your approval separately from your monthly plan. If you want to add more hours to your monthly plan we can easily have a chat, evaluate your needs and modify your plan accordingly.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We are all about good relationships with our clients and don’t intend to keep you tied up if you are not happy, and even though we would hate to see you go, we know that financial and other needs weigh on many decisions. You can request a cancellation via email and we will immediately stop your next payment.
If my website wasn't built by CREATIVA, can I still be on a Care Plan?
These plans were created to look after the websites we design and build. We work with our favourite software and tools so we can concentrate and become experts in these tools instead of mastering several different ones. We find it’s much more efficient for us and a great benefit for our clients.
However, if you want to be part of our Care Plan and already have a website, we can evaluate your website and see if we are a good fit for you. We might even be able to re-create the same design with our preferred tools! Get in touch to discuss further.
Do you also host my email?
No, we don’t host email. The reason is that we want to focus on one thing and do that one thing really well: WordPress websites. We strongly recommend you use Google Apps for Work to host your email.
